EOC/NCFE Exam Schedule

Spring (2019) testing begins at MEC this Thursday, May 16th. Listed below, you will find relevant information concerning our upcoming testing session.

The current test schedule is as follows:

Thursday, May 16th
Civics will test in Room 14-14.
Earth / Environmental Science will test in Room 14-16.
English 4 will test in Room 4-9.
Physical Science will test in Room 17-104.

Friday, May 17th
English 1 will test in Room 4-9.
English 2 will test in Room 14-16.
English 4 will test in Room 14-14. (This session is only for students who have a conflict with other tests being given on Thursday.

Monday, May 20th
Biology will test in Room 14-16.
World History will test in Room 4-9.

Tuesday, May 21st
NC Math 1 will test in Room 4-9.
Mr. Condrey's NC Math 3 class will test in Room 14-16.
Mrs. Dages' NC Math 3 class will test in Room 17-104.

Medication Forms

Students needing medication​​ at school or on overnight field trips requires a medication form to be signed by the medical provider and parent. This form is needed for both prescription and over the counter medications. Medication Form attached (2pages) and available in the front office at Early College.

Freshmen Orientation

Orientation will NOT be Thursday, April 11. It has been changed to our Family Day. 9th Grade students will arrive at 10am on April 27, instead of 11am. Orientation will be completed by 11am so that incoming 9th graders and their families can participate in Family Day!

People Helping People Scholarship

People Helping People Scholarship

· SECU member or eligible for membership through a parent/guardian

· US citizen and resident of North Carolina

· Accepted at one of the 16 UNC system universities

· Demonstrated scholastic achievement with a 2.5 or higher unweighted GPA

· Demonstrated leadership, excellence of character, integrity, and community involvement

· Financial need as determined by submission of FAFSA

· Not a Board Director, employee, or immediate family member of an employee of State Employees Credit Union or the SECU Foundation

Scholarship available in the counseling office.
